Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between ok666 (hereinafter "ok666", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual (hereinafter "you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any product or service made available through the ok666 website located at https://ok666.io and all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces.

ok666 provides an online platform offering sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slot games, crash games, and related entertainment products to eligible players in Bangladesh. The platform is operated exclusively for recreational entertainment purposes and is directed at adults aged 21 and above.

By creating an ok666 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party without their explicit written authorisation.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail.

Eligibility

To be eligible to open and use an ok666 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during the period your account remains active:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ok666 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21. ok666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is found to be unmet.

4. Single account: You may hold only one active ok666 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts, together with the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Registration

To access the full range of ok666 products and services, you are required to complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you will be asked to provide personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

ok666 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid national identity card (NID) or passport;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement no older than three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account displaying your registered mobile number).

ok666 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and to suspend account activity pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts that remain unverified after a period of 30 days from the date of the first deposit may be permanently closed at ok666's discretion, with remaining balances (net of any bonus funds) returned to the original payment method where technically feasible.

Each player may register only one account. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ok666 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

ok666 will never contact you by email, SMS, live chat, or any other means to request your account password. Any communication purporting to be from ok666 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at [email protected] immediately.

If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must:

1. Contact ok666 customer support immediately via live chat on the platform dashboard or by email;
2. Change your account password as soon as access is restored;
3. Enable two-factor authentication if you have not already done so.

ok666 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the security breach was caused by the Player's failure to protect their login credentials in accordance with these Terms.

Deposits & Payments

ok666 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Deposits are generally credited to your ok666 account balance instantly upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider.

All deposit transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name. ok666 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• ok666 reserves the right to request verification of the payment method before processing withdrawals to that method.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with ok666's anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically processed within 2–6 hours during business hours (08:00–02:00 BST). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.

ok666 reserves the right to:

• Request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request;
• Impose a withdrawal limit per transaction, per day, or per calendar month as part of its responsible gaming policy;
• Delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending an investigation;
• Apply a processing fee to withdrawals that are requested within 48 hours of a deposit where no qualifying wager has been placed.

Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have satisfactorily completed the KYC verification process described in Section 3. Unverified accounts are not eligible to submit withdrawal requests.

Bonuses & Promotions

ok666 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

General bonus conditions that apply to all ok666 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Minimum odds: Wagers placed on selections with odds below the minimum threshold specified in the promotion terms will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Time limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting. Unexpired bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be removed from your account at the end of the applicable period.

• Currency: All bonus amounts are denominated in BDT.

ok666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it determines that a promotion is being abused or exploited. Betting Rules

• Bet acceptance: ok666 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced (where live betting is not offered), bets placed on suspended markets, or bets where a palpable error in odds is identified.
• Palpable errors: Where odds are published due to a manifest error (e.g., a clearly incorrect decimal, an inverted favourite/outsider, or a system fault), ok666 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Void bets: Bets may be declared void where an event is abandoned, postponed for a period exceeding 36 hours, or where the result cannot be officially confirmed within the platform's settlement window.
• Maximum payouts: ok666 applies maximum payout limits per event and per market type. These limits are displayed within the platform at the time of bet placement and are subject to change.
• Settlement: Bets are settled as promptly as possible following the official confirmation of a result. ok666 uses official tournament bodies and verified data providers as the authoritative source for settlement purposes.
• Disputed results: In the event of a disputed result, ok666's decision following review of available evidence shall be final and binding.

Casino Games

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ok666 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the ok666 platform without ok666's prior written consent.

The ok666 brand name and logo are proprietary trademarks. Any unauthorised use of ok666 trademarks for commercial or promotional purposes is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether planned or unplanned;

• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your login credentials;

• Any loss of winnings arising from a valid void-bet decision under these Terms.

ok666's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination of Account

ok666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ok666 has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where the continued operation of your account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the platform.

You may request the closure of your ok666 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

The following provisions of these Terms shall survive the termination of your account: Section 11 (Prohibited Conduct), Section 12 (Intellectual Property), Section 13 (Limitation of Liability), and any obligations relating to outstanding wagering requirements or disputed transactions.

Amendments to These Terms

ok666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
